A well-organised record collection, not a media website.

Cosmic Disco launched, quietly, in 2004. It started as a place to share mixes, interviews and writing about the music we kept coming back to — Balearic, cosmic, leftfield disco, and the people making and playing it.

Twenty years on, the original site has accumulated a small archive worth keeping. This version exists to preserve that material, publish new mixes and the occasional story, and introduce a few people to a culture we love.

It is not, and won’t become, a daily news outlet. It is one person, a long playlist and an hour on a Sunday morning.
